Women’s Football

ANYTHING HE CAN DO, SHE CAN DO BETTER...

Professional Player has watched the final months of the women’s football season with great interest, and now feature a permanent section for the ladies game.

The FA WSL has continued to thrive, months after the success of the national team at the World Cup with Chelsea Ladies winning the title on the final day of the season, adding to their FA Cup victory in August.

After featuring Sue Smith and Lucy Bronze in Issue 12, and Claire Rafferty and Alex Greenwood in Issue 13, we catch up with the Canadian International Lauren Sesselmann to find out about her work as a model, actress and entrepreneur alongside representing her country in her game.

We also speak to the Head Coach of Sunderland Ladies FC, Carlton Fairweather after him being a member of the infamous Crazy Gang that shocked the football world by winning the FA Cup in 1988.

If you are playing within the Women’s professional game and you have a view, then please tweet us @proplayermag, we would love to get your feedback.

This is now for you, as well as the guys!
